WHAT ELSE?

You've read the 'official' bio. What about the other stuff, the what else? Deep coaching gets to the heart of what is really going on in a person's life, gets to the parts that answer 'who we really are', and why we do the things we do. When we go deep and really learn, we also identify where the transformations can come from. It's amazing, so let's start with me.

Who am I?

I love what I do and it shows. I love the people in my life and work with. I am not perfect--I have fallen flat on my face more times than I prefer to count. I have suffered so many losses financially, in my relationships, health, and more. I have experienced the bottom and then found out I wasn't at the bottom yet. I have made stupid, stupid decisions. Yet, it is not in the fall that we are strengthened--it is in the mindset, attitude and the getting back up and going for it, again.

I have learned to be upfront, yet kind; direct, yet validating; rigid, yet understanding; offering perspective, not judgment.
